      We cannot guarantee cover for everyone. We can however promise to ask you the right questions quickly and in a professional manner, after which our advisors hope to offer you a suitable quotation for cover.

      Remember, if you prefer to do things yourself, you can use our online medical screening service, which is presented on the final page of the quote process. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 082 1265 and our trained staff can guide you through the process.

      Naturally there is an increase in premium associated with covering slightly higher risk conditions, but with our experience in providing low cost cover, we can minimise this risk as much as possible.

      You should read the policy conditions carefully to make sure they suit your requirements. The policy summary is available on the web site. As with all insurance policies there are conditions. For example there are excesses under most sections of the policy, and you are signing, electronically, to confirm that you abide by the conditions. It is a serious offence to misrepresent material facts under an insurance contract (i.e. you confirm, in signing, that there are no pre-existing medical reasons increasing the risk of treatment being required away from home).

      No. Cover is not available once you have departed the UK.

      Ideally yes. Your documentation provides you with information and emergency telephone numbers you may need whilst abroad. It will also provide details of any supporting documentation that may be required in the event of a claim (i.e. loss reports, receipts etc.).

      A printable version of your policy will become available once the online booking process is complete. You will also receive an emailed copy to the email address entered into the application form, which will include your insurance certificate and important policy notes. A copy of the full policy wording will be posted to you if you select the 'post' option at the end of the application process.

      All the information you provide is encrypted, meaning it is secure against possible interception.

      We can provide cover for many pre-existing medical conditions subject to screening. There are two easy and quick ways to be screened, either via our online medical screening system or over the phone on 0800 082 1265. Either way you’ll be taken through a few carefully worded questions which will help us to provide you with a tailored quote.

      Yes, Insure for All offers winter sports cover.

      Annual policies, available for those up to age 75, provide 17 days of ski cover.

      Single trip policies, available for those aged up to 79, provide winter sports cover for the duration of your single-trip.

      We offer single-trip travel insurance up to age 85 and annual multi-trip cover is available for those aged up to 75. If you turn 75 whilst under cover on our annual policy your policy will continue to run until the date of expiry.

      Yes, providing that all individuals are named on the policy.

      A refund of premium can be allowed if your policy is cancelled before the start date shown on the policy or within the 14-day approval period (whichever is sooner) if the policy does not meet your requirements. Just telephone us or email your request to our customer services department.

      Unfortunately Insure for All is unable to offer travel insurance if you are not a resident of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man).

      Yes, while Insure for All specialises in cover for those aged 50 and over, we do provide travel insurance for all ages. We cover individuals aged 18-79 and provide cover for children (including grandchildren) on family and group policies.

      Please check your policy summary for details of your excesses as these may vary dependent on the benefit you are claiming for. For example, the "standard" excess on a Bronze policy is £100, on a Silver policy £75 and a Gold policy £50.

      No. After declaring your medical conditions to us we will advise you if we are able to provide cover. If we can then we will update our quote to include any premium required to cover your medical condition.  To purchase insurance from Insure for All you would have to pay the full premium quoted.

      Our advisors will take you quickly and discretely through some specially chosen questions in order to obtain a quote. You will be asked about any pre-existing medical conditions you may have, but the questions won't be intrusive or irrelevant in any way.
