Insureforall was established to offer UK customers over the age of 65 comprehensive travel insurance at competitive low prices. Insureforall provides travel insurance as a trading style of Astrenska Limited.

Our systems and web servers are all FULLY SECURE, so you can purchase from us safe in the knowledge that your personal data will not be compromised in any way.

We are a specialist insurance intermediary and our primary service is to distribute low priced, but high quality travel insurance to over 65s. Our products are designed to meet the needs of over 65 travellers as they can be fully tailored to meet each individual's needs.

All our travel insurance policies are arranged with Professional Travel Insurance Company Limited (PTI) by means of an exclusive price arrangement that allows Insureforall to provide highly competitive prices. Our products are only available to UK residents aged over 65 years old and are distributed via the Internet.

All emergency medical assistance for our products is undertaken by Specialty Assistance Services (SAS) on behalf of the underwriter, and all travel insurance claims are handled by Specialty Claims Service (SCS) on behalf of the underwriter. These are highly customer-focused and reputable organisations, which enjoy the economies of scale that come from being specialists in their field. This enables them to maximise the speed and effectiveness required to meet the needs of our customers, without having to pass on excessive administration costs to the customer by means of higher premiums.

All travel insurance claims must be notified via our claims form direct to SCS. In case of emergency when abroad, our customers must contact SAS via the telephone number provided on their policy schedule; this is provided online with each policy purchase confirmation. Should you need to make a travel insurance claim or require emergency assistance, these companies have direct and secure access to our customer database to enable the speedy confirmation that you are one of our customers. This enables them to instantly check that your travel insurance cover with the underwriter is in place. However, for data protection purposes, this is all the information they are allowed to access from our database.
