14 December 2006  Holiday firm launches budget European hotel deals
Holidaymakers, such as those with OAP travel insurance, looking to purchase a budget trip in the new year, may be interested in the launch of a number of new deals on budget hotels from a holiday provider.

Travel firm Superbreak is offering budget hotel breaks across the continent to appeal to those wanting a holiday to relax following "the end of year madness".

"Superbreak also offers a range of special offers on various themed holidays throughout the year, providing hotel deals for customers interested in finding historic city breaks or romantic getaway destinations on a tight budget," the company said.

European locations offered by the company include trips to Brussels, Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam and Antwerp.

Earlier this month, American Express Travel Insurance reported that Britons heading to Europe or North America to shop last Christmas, including those with senior travel insurance, spent over £8 billion pounds on their travels.
